Travelocity Hotel Property Description Submission Tool
This Travelocity Hotel Property Description Content Submission Tool allows you to add property description content. You may now enter short and long descriptions in upper and lower case letters as well as a long hotel name so that you can highlight the features that matter most to the end consumer.
To access the site, please use the same password that you currently use for the Photo Upload Tool. If you choose to upload your content in bulk, please sign-in and download a zip file containing a blank Microsoft access database and accompanying instructions.
Please note, however, that as an added value, the Travelocity Content Team writes all hotel descriptions for our Merchant Hotel Partners. Every hotel description is carefully crafted to best market these hotels to the Travelocity consumer.· Travelocity will not make requested style changes to your property description. To ensure consistency across our site, requests for changes pertaining to tone, language, or the addition of supplementary information will not be met.
· Travelocity will make factual changes to your property description in the event that the information we have on our site is incorrect. If, for instance, your property has discontinued a service or is undergoing renovations, we will update your description.
· Should you wish to make factual changes to your property description, you can either make the corrections using this new content submission tool or email your Sabre ID # or Property Name, City and State along with the updated information to your Hotel Destination Manager. Changes will be processed in the order received.
