Sabre Digital Asset Management

As of June 30th 2008 all your digital asset updates for Sabre must be provided through VFM's VScape solution. (www.vfmii.com/sabrevmm)

If you already use VFM to manage your digital assets, let VFM know that you want to distribute your content to the Sabre GDS.

If you will use VFM to manage your content and are a new VFM customer, you must take the following actions:

1. Subscribe to VFM. You can subscribe to VFM's basic service, VScape Lite, or to VFM's premier solution, VScape Professional. If you choose to subscribe to VScape Lite, you will be able to load and distribute up to ten photos per property at no cost. If you choose to subscribe to VScape Professional, you can distribute more than ten photos and you will have the ability to distribute rich media. There is an additional charge associated with VSCape Professional - the charge varies based on the type and amount of content you wish to distribute.

Chains interested in enrolling for Vscape Lite will go online to a sign-in portal (www.vfmii.com/sabreenrollment) where up to three users per chain code can enter their chain code and then fill in their full name, valid email address, phone number and fax number (and some additional optional information). You will also be asked to agree to the terms and conditions of Vscape and to select either Sabre & Travelocity only distribution or Global Distribution.

If you wish to enquire about VScape Professional, or have any questions, you can contact the VFM Sabre help-desk at sabre@vfmii.com.

2. Begin using VScape to add new images or modify existing images. After you subscribe to VScape, you will receive a user name and password. Once you receive this, you are ready to begin managing your content.

VFM has downloaded Sabre's internally-hosted image repository and it will be available for you to manipulate upon initial log-on, so you will have a base set of images in the VFM system. If you wish to do a one-time refresh of content from your own image library, VFM can work with you to do this. VFM will support FTP or uploads of images.

Using VFM ensures the Sabre system has access to state-of-the-art images and rich media. In addition, you can make your content available to VFM's network of thousands of travel channels. If you have any questions, contact your account manager.
